Our service model is R.S.C (Research for recruiting purposes, Supporting and Consulting). We want to assist our clients regarding their hiring process, support our candidates mental health by providing 1:1 counselling and also help them feel confident in their practice with skill improvement services.
Pairing healthcare facilities with medical staff.
Helping healthcare facilities fill specific vacant positions in a timely manner. Every candidate will go through a background check and pre-interview with the agency before getting on our short list. You choose the profile that best suits your company values. All research fees are paid upfront. The remainder is only paid if the candidate gets hired.
1:1 Mental support for healthcare workers.
We offer a safe space that allows healthcare workers to share their experiences 1:1 with a nurse coach. All sessions are 100% confidential and no recordings of the conversations will be kept to protect individuals confidentiality.
